This journey started long before JC Fitness had a name.

 

In 2020, it was just me, a car full of equipment, and a dream.

 

Today, JC Fitness represents more than just my training business. It represents a journey shared with so many people who trusted me with theirs, too. It also represents my own journey- learning what it means to build strength both mentally and physically while choosing courage through the unknown.
